HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?
Please email or call us with the order number along with the requested changes and we will do our best to make these changes depending on the timing of when we are notified. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be edited.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email click the "View your order" button to see shipping and tracking details.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED.
Confirm you received the shipping confirmation email. From there click the "View your order" button to check the status of your order. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT.
Check your shipping confirmation email and click the "View your order" button. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 5 business days of receiving the product.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Mail returned items in new, unworn, and unwashed condition within 30 days of purchase date to: Crownline Returns, 655 Mid America Blvd, Hot Springs, AR 71913. Include a copy of original order receipt with your return. Return shipping is at customer's expense. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) to approved your return and credit your account. There will be a 10% restocking fee for any return.
Additionally, we follow guidance from the CDC when handling returned items. We clean and wipe down returned items with hard surfaces and we hold items like apparel for 24 hours from the date of return before returning them to shelves.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most items will ship within 3-5 days of order. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
